Common Use Cases

Reschedule Multiple Posts

Need to move all your scheduled posts to a different time? Select them all, update only the scheduled date, and leave other fields empty.

Update Content Across Posts

Want to add a call-to-action or update branding text? Select posts, update only the content field, and all selected posts get the new text.

Convert Drafts to Scheduled

Have multiple draft posts ready to go? Select them, change status to "Scheduled", set a date, and they're all ready to publish.

Quick Content Refresh

Need to update multiple posts with new information? Bulk edit lets you update content, dates, and status all at once, saving hours of work.

Bulk Editing Tips

Selective Updates

Only fill the fields you want to change. Empty fields keep existing values, so you can update just dates or just content.

Clear Selection

Use the "Clear Selection" button in the banner to deselect all posts if you change your mind.

Published Posts

Published posts don't show checkboxes because they can't be edited after publishing (LinkedIn limitation).

Error Handling

If a post fails to update, you'll see which post failed and why. Fix the issue and try again.
